Paulo, hermenêutica e ecologia: Rm 8,18-23; Cl 1,15-20 e Rm 1,18-32

A pesquisa nas relações entre Bíblia e ecologia surge e vem se avolumando à medida que o tema ambiental cresce em interesse e alarme. A abordagem da ecologia na Bíblia e da Bíblia na ecologia enfrenta resistências de ambos os lados e pede uma hermenêutica adequada que respeite os dados das duas áreas. É possível ler a Bíblia com “lentes hermenêuticas” a
partir de chaves heurísticas tanto bíblicas quanto ecológicas, elaborando construtos, por interesse e refocalização dos dados, como fazem outras teologias – a teologia da libertação e a teologia feminista – e assim aproximar biblistas e ecologistas. Propõe-se uma hermenêutica teológica narrativa de Paulo. Focalizam-se particularmente os textos de Rm 8,18-23 e Cl 1,15-20, que estão entre os textos mais visitados na pesquisa bíblico-ecológica. Confrontam-se estes textos com Rm 1,18-32; 5–7 na abordagem pós-colonial da Bíblia, a qual converge com a opção pelos pobres e sua libertação. São eles os mais atingidos pela crise ecológica. Paulo
infunde esperança. As propostas que emergem desta hermenêutica narrativa relacionam-se às concepções de reconciliação cósmica e pacificação da totalidade da criação, superando o antropocentrismo negativo e estrito.
