This article presents a study of the pericope (Mk 14:53-65). The text aims to present Jesus of Nazareth against the evil forces of his time. Jesus of Nazareth, condemned to death as blasphemous and bandit by a religious system, is the Messiah and the universal judge. History of yesterday and today. In Latin America we follow several cases of disrespect for Human Rights. In Brazil, after the 2016 coup, we watch this spectacle. To condemn Jesus authorities give the conviction an appearance of legitimacy.
